3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping timelines provided on the Website are estimates only.

Taruca is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers;

  • Port congestion;

  • Weather events;

  • Force majeure events;

  • Incorrect customer information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting visible shipping damage promptly.

By purchasing or using Taruca products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

Taruca shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, accidents, or incidents arising from misuse, improper installation, neglect, modification, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content is owned by or licensed to Taruca Adventure Gear LLC, including:
